The last good Celebrity Jeopardy sketch was the one from the 40th anniversary special.

I think he meant Celebrity Family Feud, where Ariana transformed into Jennifer Lawrence.

It seems like another installment in the Fat People Are Funny trope. Chris Farley, Will Ferrell, Horatio Sanz...Bobby Moynihan. They're not not funny, but silly gags that run too long don't become funny because you get the fat guy to do it.

Wait, Will Ferrell was the fat guy? Wut?

I never thought of Bobby as really "fat", just a little chunky maybe. I love how he gets all serious as Riblet to do stories, and I was pleasantly caught off guard by the punchline/mic drop during the Riblet on the street part.

Poor Kenan. 13 years on SNL and he's still "Kenan & Kel" guy.

I just threw Ferrell on the pile. He's wasn't exactly The Fat Guy, but he was overrated. The Blue Oyster Cult skit was funny, but people just found him hilarious after that. I should've put Keenan on the list because he fulfilled both The Fat Guy and The Black Guy role.

No, cannot have!

Yes. She's a good performer, but when you see her in interviews, she's like a trained robot.

Not a surprise, she's one of those people who was raised to be a actor/performer pretty much from birth; she's basically more seal than human at this point.
Technicality, no down boo-over?

Ariana does come across like a nothingburger. Cute as hell, but bland as a bat. It's funny that she has a reputation for being a diva behind-the-scenes, but I think after that whole doughnut licking thing, she's chilled out a bit.

How does an episode starring Peter Dinklage suck so bad?

Seriously, that was weak, probably the weakest of the season IMO.

I only caught update and the underwater hotel one. I loved that the husband was still trying to get some even after seeing the dead body. Plus, the big net coming down to get the body like a goldfish. Absurdly funny to me.

The Peter Dinklage episode was some of the worst writing I've seen all season. I'm still trying to figure out Leslie Jones. All the sketches she's in get big laughs - including the Naked and Afraid one. I just don't get the appeal.

I thought that was a funny bit but I'd be fine with her dialing it back a little.

I kind of liked the space pants sketch. It grew on me.

The Game of Thrones dragon sketch was the best of the night

Yeah, I liked that one. Bobby was great in it, and production did a good job, really looked like the GoT set.

Dinklage's robotic motions had me laughing.

Saw the rest of the episode and it wasn't that bad at all. Hooray for lowered expectations.

Show highlight for me again was the hotness of Cecily Strong's Weekend Update character. Kinda glad she's not anchor anymore.

Again will complain about the use of actual products and companies in their commercial and game show parodies. Felt like a double dip with Mercedes and Duracell. Wasn't even that funny. Like last week's Preparation-H ad.

As you would expect, Julia Dreyfus brings solid performances. The writing for her was C+.
Mercedes AA class luxury sedan - Very good
God is a Boob Man - Good
Not coincidentally, those two bits were pre-produced.
Alien breediing women - fair
Michael Che just gets worse. Fake laughing at his bombs is embarrassing. Somebody hook him off stage.
