Yes, putting false eyelashes on a 9 year old is absolutely weird and inappropriate.

If you showed me that picture without any context I would ask who is the 15 year old girl kissing the young boy? But, if you want to be a future groupie and glorified shot/beer cleavage girl like Mama I guess you might as well start early.

I actually kind of agree with Adam on the haircut thing. Get your hair cut on your own time. 8:00 am is working time. And the Gary thing was confusing. He said he might not be there when one of the podcasts started/ended, but then he was getting his haircut during his lunch break? Which is it? Was he planning on coming back late from his lunch break? Adam's weekend comment was actually valid, in my opinion. Adam treats his minions like garbage, but they take advantage of the slack work environment, too.

Also, Adam seems to think "taking a sick day" is all about backbone and grit. "I NEVER take a sick day!" As if that's a badge of honor.

Taking a sick day is not about how tough you are/aren't. It's about whether or not you're going to spread your plague to the rest of the office and seriously affect productivity of the whole company. Taking a sick day is not a weakness - it's a courtesy to your co-workers.

That said, taking a sick day because your kid is sick is bullsh*t. Sick days are for when YOU are sick - not for when anyone in your household is sick. You should be required to burn vacation days to take care of your sick spawn.

Even in the context of getting dolled up for a once a year or whetever formal dance thing?
If you never try anything new, you'll miss out on many of life's great disappointments.

Why is it different than piercing ears or painting fingernails or any other makeup stuff?

Never too young to look like a porn star. . .

The fact that companies did, and some still do, differentiate between sick days and vacation days is full blown retarded.

Go to 14:10.

Gary says, regarding not booking a haircut on Saturday,"I thought I was going to have a Mila Kunis/Anna Faris Show to do."

He's the new producer of that podcast?

oof, Gina's cold has not cleared up yet? It's like somebody added the sound of nails on a chalkboard to Nickelback.

Yes. In my prudish opinion.

9 is too young for make up/eyelashes. I'm ok with nail polish from 4+.

Seems fine. I paint my 4yr olds nails when she asks. She has her little Frozen collection of crappy kid polish that chips off the next day.
