I don't know in what kind of savage-ridden hellscape you shop for groceries, but my follow patrons and I return ours to the depot thing. Which I think should have a better name, but I can't come up with one.

I'm in Florida, we're like 10 years farther down the fall of civilization pipeline than you guys.

Oh wow. My son's name ends with N too. Doesn't quite rhyme with Aiden/Jayden/Brayden though.

appleshampoo- is your classmate Irish or just a fan of the trendy Irish names?

Not Irish. She has Polish roots on her dad's side (just based on last name), not sure about her husband but they are plain Eurotrash white so could very well be some Irish in him.

I'm kind of sad that my kids probably won't have much of an ethnic identity. My wife's family is mainly German but they trace almost all their roots to pre-Revolutionary War and are an amalgam of all the people that were here from that time. Meanwhile I only have one ancestor that was here before the turn of the 20th century and they came in 1898. I've always been proud of my Italian heritage but I'm like the last generation of the family name to really readily identify that way.
