all of SiriusXM Comedy channels were hit and miss. for every 1 good bit you hear 10 bad ones.

most outrageous part is that they don't even have the decency to play the bit as it was recorded. they cut it up any way they see fit, sometimes its a well known bit by Hedberg, or Chappelle that has set up, middle and punch-line.
i've heard many bits where they cut out set-up or skip punch-line and move on to something else. its a disaster.

only cool things that worked well were Crank Yanker calls, always got good chuckle out of those, cause they'd even include Birchum calls. but they repeated some a lot as well.

I'd forgotten all about that format. 15 years ago or so we had a low power AM radio station that did that. They chopped up comedy routines into 3 minute clips about the same length as a pop music hit. You'd lose all context, timing, call backs etc. Hackery of the lowest and most literal level.
