First time seeing someone after New Year's I'll say it, until 02/01 - can't say it after January.

TBF I only have one ‘co-worker’ and I’ll say, “Have a good New Year.” to her on the last day before we take off. But no, the next work day it’s just, “Good morning.” or “Hello.”

I’m no monster tho, if someone else says it to me after the 1st I’ll give them a, “You too.”

I helped my brother in law take one of those out to the curb. Holy hell was it heavy. Luckily my truck bed is basically the same height as his front porch stairs.

So, Tommy goes deaf, dumb, and blind because he sees his mom porking a new guy? That’s it? Seems a bit extreme for a child that might not yet even fully grasp the concept of monogamy.

Wasn't it seeing his father being murdered? Or was that just the movie?

I have a calculator in the junk drawer I use once in awhile. I bought it in Japan in 1980 and used it the two years I was teaching there and for years afterward. Still works. Original battery. Amazing.

That happened to me with a nice check book with built-in calculator my best friend's mom gave me as a graduation gift. Fuckin' thing still worked when I pulled it from the drawer a couple months ago when I moved.
